I utilize the Co-Active model of coaching, and as your coach, I focus on clarity of purpose, values-centric decision-making, and your personal and professional fulfillment. I hold a PhD in sport management and have completed 104 hours of Co-Active (CTI) training. Like you, I am continuously learning, and working towards the CTI and International Coaching Federation (ICF) professional coaching certifications.

I also lead workshops with colleges and universities on various topics and specialize in retreat planning, values assessments, strategic planning and workshop facilitation.
My expertise includes faculty affairs, institutional research, leading across divisions, quality enhancement, and strategic planning. Having held several interim roles, I especially enjoy coaching individuals transitioning among leadership roles.

I work with sport teams, leaders, coaches, and athletes at the professional, collegiate, and youth levels. For more than 40 years, sport has been instrumental in my life. My earliest sport memories include watching Monday Night Football with my dad. I played Division I college tennis, worked in the front office for both minor league and professional sport organizations, and either studied or taught every aspect of the sport business as a researcher and sport management professor. I specialize in coaching high school athletes heading to college; college athletes transitioning into careers; sport executives; and sport coaches at all levels. I conduct values assessments, trainings and workshops for teams and the front office and consult on program development, leader development, and business operations.
